Templates (see below) will be used to negotiate official relationship with IFToMM by the President in coordination with the Secretary General for the case of:

• Affiliated Journal Report Form
• Affiliation/link of book series to IFToMM
• Agreements with other Federations and Societies
• Agreements with international publishers for publication dissemination
• Relationships with service agencies
